A Holistic Psychotherapist Blending Science, Soul & Somatic Wisdom

A Holistic Therapist Integrating Mind, Body & Soul

How I Work

I don’t offer traditional talk therapy — but I do talk. My work begins where most people are stuck: in the mind. But it doesn’t end there. What I guide clients through is a deep process of reorienting the thinking mind — not to control or override healing, but to finally support it. This work helps the mind begin to understand the body, rather than trying to solve what it was never designed to fix. Healing doesn’t start with effort — it starts with internal space. That’s where we begin: separating thought from feeling, so the nervous system can finally start to settle. From there, the healing process becomes biological, not conceptual — and that’s the shift that changes everything.

What Makes This Work Different

This isn’t insight-based therapy. It’s not emotional reprocessing. It’s not spiritual bypass in somatic language. It’s behavioral transformation through biological integrity — rooted in the nervous system, not just the narrative…built around real pattern recognition, not performance…based on actual healing, not emotional catharsis or mental control. Clarity is an outcome — not the path. And the path isn’t just about feeling more — it’s about disentangling the mind from what the body is still carrying, so those feelings can actually move and integrate.

The Role of the Mind

Feeling isn’t intellectual. It’s biological first, emotional second. The body feels. The mind interprets. Most people don’t know the difference — because their early life conditioning fused the two together before they had a chance to understand what was actually happening. That’s the root of the problem — and the starting point of the work. I help clients gently separate those early mind-body loops, so the thinking mind can become an ally instead of a block. Not by eliminating it — but by reeducating it. The mind isn’t in the way. It’s just been overused, overextended, and under-supported. Once it begins to understand the body’s real process, it no longer needs to manage or suppress it — and that’s when healing actually begins

Why I Do This Work

I didn’t grow up in a culture that knew how to feel — let alone support healing. There were no mature models for navigating pain, or teaching the nervous system how to settle. So I had to find my own way. What began as a burning curiosity in my late teens became a decades-long journey through psychotherapy, neuroscience, trauma theory, energy work, movement, and ancient wisdom. I went deep, because surface answers never satisfied me — not for myself, and not for anyone else. I studied widely. I tested everything. I discarded what didn’t work. I integrated what did. And eventually, I stopped searching for a way — and began supporting people in finding their way. My job is not to convince you of a system. It’s to help you remember what yours is — beneath all the noise.

“It is my mission to help others get to the core of their suffering to heal it and move beyond it to live a life of fulfillment and wellbeing.”

My Background

My journey initially consisted of learning all the traditional western techniques and methods to become the best psychotherapist I could. But it wasn’t until I opened myself up to what the west would call more “non-traditional”, that it all began to come together.

My Roots & Range

I’m a traditionally trained psychotherapist. I’ve studied CBT, RET, psychodynamic theory, psychodrama, Jungian analysis, and more. I respect those models. I still use them when they serve. But I also know their limitations. Western psychology can be brilliant at seeing in parts — but it often misses the whole. Especially when it bypasses the energetic and biological processes that underlie true change. My work bridges the best of both worlds: The left brain and the right brain. The science and the soul. The pattern and the presence. I integrate quantum understanding, nervous system awareness, epigenetics, somatics, and ancient wisdom systems — not to be esoteric, but to be complete. To me, holistic means nothing is left out — not even paradox.

What Clients Can Expect

This is deep, personal, layered work. It begins with your story — in full. From conception to now. Including ancestral, prenatal, and family patterns. You’ll be invited to tell your history in detailed conversation, not quick intakes or assessments. Because this work requires context — not just symptoms. And because I want to feel like a fly on the wall for your whole life — not just the part of it you already know how to explain. From there, we begin identifying the energetic and biological imprints that shaped your responses, survival strategies, and thought-feeling loops. The goal isn’t to change you — it’s to help you understand how you were shaped. Because once you see the pattern clearly, the pattern begins to lose its grip. You’ll also receive sacred-feeling tools — inner maps, not worksheets — and I’m developing a library of guided practices and self-inquiry prompts to support the process in between sessions. Because healing doesn’t just happen during sessions — it happens when the mind stops managing and the body starts remembering.

The Middle Path

I don’t teach from polarity. I don’t frame healing through opposites. Much of what’s still taught — in psychology, religion, new age spirituality — divides reality into parts: Mind or body. Masculine or feminine. Science or soul. But the truth isn’t in the split. It’s in the integration. This work stands in the middle — where biology and energy speak the same language, where intellect meets intuition, where real change happens through union, not ideology. “I don’t split reality into clean halves to make it easier to sell. I hold the tension — because real healing happens in integration, not ideology.”

If You’re Still Here

You probably already know that clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder. You’ve likely tried both traditional and alternative paths — and found pieces, but not wholeness. If you’ve sensed that the answer isn’t on either side of the divide — but somewhere in the middle, If your mind is exhausted but your body’s still carrying what you don’t know how to feel, If you want to understand your patterns deeply enough to stop repeating them —

You’re in the right place. This work doesn’t give you answers. It helps you ask the right questions.

Not to fix what’s broken — but to remember what’s been waiting. It’s a Process…

“To me, “holistic” means nothing is left out of one’s willingness to understand the whole - absolutely nothing. And from there, everything starts to become possible again.”

My Approach

“Old habits die hard, but they die certainly, if one persists, they do.” - Osho

The key to how I support my clients to create the results they want and need is through individualized care. The support they receive is tailored to their goals, process, pace, uniqueness and desires. I focus on empowering them to rely on their own inner navigation, unique strategy and authority. I incorporate the application of various traditional and non-traditional wisdom techniques vetted in over 27 years of practice and experience. Together, we address the heart & root of things.

You will find our work together very honest, direct, and compassionate. Our sessions will begin by meeting you where you are at, learning what you want and need in your field of healing, and beginning to gently but consistently unwind problematic conditioning.

We will always start with compiling a detailed personal history that will be done in narrative conversational format. In short, it begins with your story, and I want to hear every detail of your story from your conception to now. This includes everything you remember in addition to stories you may need to ask caregivers or family members to provide. The reason for this is that the problems you are facing today are undoubtedly connected to your ancestral blood line. The things that you are experiencing may have little to do with what is happening in your present life - and this is why we start with exploring all of the foundations of who you are today.
