Holistic Psychotherapy

This is not talk therapy with a twist — it’s a fundamentally different approach.

Rooted in traditional training but expanded by lived experience, somatic wisdom, neuroscience, ancient systems, and quantum understanding, this work addresses the whole person: mental, emotional, biological, and energetic.

It’s for those who’ve realized that insight alone doesn’t create change — and who are ready to work at the level where true transformation begins: the body.

This process brings together the best of multiple worlds: Western psychology, somatic and nervous system awareness, ancestral and childhood patterning, and energy systems like the chakras — not as separate modalities, but as one living map of how we heal.

In this work, nothing is left out — and everything belongs.

That’s what makes it holistic.

Couples Counseling

I don’t just work with “the relationship.”

I work with two individuals — each with their own histories, hopes, and patterns — who are trying to find a more honest way to meet.

My approach begins with a joint session to clarify your shared intention for doing this work. From there, I take the time to understand the arc of your relationship — how it began, where it’s been, and what brought you here. Then I meet with each of you individually to explore your personal story — not just the surface-level traits and habits, but the deeper imprints, beliefs, and unspoken loyalties that shaped how you relate.

This work helps each partner understand themselves first — not as a reaction to the other, but as an individual with their own conditioning, nervous system patterns, and unmet needs.

From that clarity, the real work of reconnection begins.

We don’t just patch communication. We uncover what blocked it. We don’t just restore trust. We show each partner how they learned to survive without it.

From there, a different kind of relationship can emerge — one built on truth, vulnerability, mutual accountability, and the willingness to grow together.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching, in my practice, is not a quick-fix model or motivational push. It’s the next phase of support — a way to stay rooted in what’s already been uncovered, integrated, and reclaimed.

Once we’ve done the deeper psychotherapeutic work — the unearthing, the healing, the disentangling from conditioning — Life Coaching becomes a grounded space for refinement, recalibration, and ongoing alignment.

It’s relational support that helps you navigate choices, transitions, and patterns with more clarity and integrity — while continuing to cultivate the steady internal leadership you’ve been building. This isn’t advice-giving. It’s presence, perspective, and precision — meeting you where you are, with what’s real.

Note: Life Coaching is typically woven into your larger process. It’s not a separate service so much as an evolved form of the work we’ve already begun.

Root Cause Hypnotherapy

This work helps you gently access the deeper imprints that shaped your early identity — the beliefs, fears, and adaptations that still influence how you move through the world today.

Root Cause Hypnotherapy, also known as Timeline Therapy™, isn’t about performing or “going under.” It’s a safe, supported state of inward attention — where the mind can soften, the body can speak, and the younger parts of you can finally be met with presence, not pressure.

Over time, this approach helps you build a relationship with your inner child that’s rooted in understanding, not reactivity. It supports a clearer connection between your past and your present self — not to relive it, but to complete it. From there, new possibilities begin to emerge.

Gene Keys Guidance

This is not a reading. It’s a contemplative journey.

Gene Keys Guidance begins with your unique Hologenetic Profile — but that’s just the map. The real work begins when you start walking the terrain of your inner world, using contemplation to explore the patterns, potentials, and inherited imprints that shape your life.

This is a body of wisdom that doesn’t tell you what to do — it shows you how to observe, inquire, and listen inwardly in a way that reveals your own answers. It teaches the thinking mind how to participate in transformation — not by efforting toward enlightenment, but by softening into presence.

Unlike meditation, which often asks you to bypass the mind, contemplation brings the mind along for the ride. That’s why it’s such a powerful path for thinkers, overanalyzers, and anyone whose inner world is loud with questions.

I offer support as you begin this journey — not to interpret your profile for you, but to help you learn how to work with it directly. Over time, this process becomes deeply embodied. The Gene Keys aren’t a system to master — they’re a lens through which your life begins to reveal its own sacred coherence.

Mental Health Advocacy

In a world that often pathologizes pain and medicates disconnection, this work stands for something different.

Mental health advocacy, in my practice, means standing beside you — not above you — as you learn to understand your inner world more clearly and compassionately.

It means helping you see that your symptoms are not signs of brokenness, but messengers from parts of you that never stopped trying to adapt, protect, or survive.

It means guiding you to untangle from labels that limit and reconnect with the full intelligence of your system — mind, body, energy, ancestry.

This is not about fixing you.

It’s about helping you see what’s always been true underneath the fear:

You’re not disordered.

You’re responding.

And when the response is finally understood, the system can begin to reorganize itself around something more life-affirming.

I advocate for you — not just your diagnosis.
